Lynn Loring is an American actress, producer, and writer born on July 14, 1944, in New York City, USA. She began her career in entertainment in the 1960s as a Broadway actress before transitioning to television. She is best known for her roles in TV series such as "The Fugitive," "The Big Valley," and "The FBI." She also appeared in several films, including "The Boston Strangler" and "From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler."
Loring later became a producer and executive in the entertainment industry. She co-founded and served as CEO of EUE/Screen Gems Studios, which became one of the largest independent studios in the United States. She also produced several TV movies and series, including "The Paper Chase" and "St. Elsewhere."
In addition to her work in entertainment, Loring is known for her philanthropy. She has been involved with several charities, including the American Jewish Committee and the Los Angeles Children's Hospital. She has also served as a member of the board of directors for the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.
